Project Executive - E&M (1-year Contract) (Ref# JC079-210511W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, managing and control the execution of building services installation of projects from inception through to completion, handover and defects rectification 
  • Perform feasibility study, investigation, analysis, preparing reports and budget for alteration and renovations works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support signature events with respect to corporate and public mission strategies;

Key Responsibilities

Senior Manager - Smart Facility Specialist (1-year Contract) (Ref# JC082-201209W)

  • Handle high-end property development projects, including planning, design, administration, cost control, procurement and construction management

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Formulate and implement digital marketing strategy with an aim to building and solidifying the organisation’s position as the flagship for Hong Kong’s digital tech industry
  • Plan and implement campaigns to drive online awareness, lead generation and engagement for the various public mission initiatives
  • Curate story and thematic angle to highlight the contributions/achievements Cyberport and its start-ups bring to the community and society at large

Website

  • Curate the content and story angles to highlight the role and contributions of various public mission works
  • Establish the information architecture for the corporate website to promote Cyberport and its community companies
  • Create highly functional, aesthetic and user-centered website and experiences
  • Deploy SEM and SEO to boost traffic to website to drive engagement

Multimedia

  • Work with a team of video specialists to generate high quality video contents and maximise the viral on digital platforms
  • Work a team of designers to produce impactful and high quality visual and design for various public mission initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage quality assurance for creative and video production output

Content Creation, Copywriting and Editing

  • Create impeccable storyline and content for promotions involving channels including social media, website and multimedia platforms, etc.
  • Responsible for copywriting / editing the content created by vendors or internal staffs whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting and editing, ideally from sizable organization/public bodies preferably in technology sector
  • Excellent track records in developing and implementing impactful digital marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as content creation, copywriting and editing
  • Strategic advisor on digital engagement and proven track record to engage target stakeholders via digital channels
