Senior Manager – Campus Management (Ref# SMCM220119W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Campus Management to Manage the Campus management team to provide professional facilities management services, include but not limited to cleaning, security, landscaping, event management, R&M to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with businesses, partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport
  • Drive portfolio or campus management activities to maximise satisfaction and loyalty for companies based at Cyberport

Project Assistant (Ref# PA220117W)

Key Areas of Responsibilities / Major Tasks:

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team. Major tasks included:

Programme Development

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events.

Programme Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings.

Project Budget Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company's mission and achievements through multiple communication channels

Job Description: 
  • Support project work for the funding programme that encourages start-up companies to hire talents

Videographer and Video Editor (Ref# VVE220106W)

The Videographer and Video Editor is a part of the Technology Centre team in Cyberport that oversees video production, live streaming production, and photography. The Videographer and Video Editor is primarily responsible for the capture and editing of all produced videos.

The Videographer and Video Editor ensures safe-working practices, provides necessary production management for ensuring properly executed video production and final product, and facilitates repair and maintenance of the video equipment. Key to this is a strong work ethic centered on excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships and communications with all parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in an in-house video production team to create and produce video contents for various usage including promotion video, event highlights, interviews, and live streaming
  • Attends required production meetings
  • Determines the necessary technical supports, such as lighting, sound, backdrops, and special needs, necessary for the video productions in advance of production dates
  • Oversees and implements production preparation for all video shoots
  • Works with Technology Center team for support of pre-production activities such as scout locations, write technical and instructional content
  • Complete post-production activities such as editing, graphics, special effects, music selection, media conversion and duplication
  • Follow final review and approval processes to ensure content quality and editorial and branding compliance
  • Monitors the condition of equipment including camera, lighting, sound, and rigging equipment; reports to center manager for the repair and replacement; performs preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Assist Technology Centre team with tasks not related to video as may be necessary
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Technology Center Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital and multi-media, including videography and video editing, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in video production and multi-media field
  • Proficient in video production equipment including video cameras, microphone, and lightings
  • Extensive editing knowledge using Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Good knowledge using motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects to enhance video footage and standalone videos for social media
  • Knowledge using graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus

  • Reporting to CFO, the candidate will be responsible to lead a team of 8-10 for all financial and accounting functions, including oversee the daily routine works, month end closing and preparation of monthly management report with variance analysis against budget on a timely basis,
  • prepare annual financial plan, full year forecast and provide analysis for helping C-suites to monitor the overall finance performance of each business units,
  • provide in-depth financial and scenario analysis to support C-suites to formulate overall business strategies,

  • Collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partners to drive new project development, implementation, and business result delivery

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in fintech industry –, big data, Insurtech, digital banking platforms, digital payment, blockchain, regtech and others: or minimum 15 years’ experience in account management/business development from international financial data and technology industry will also be considered
  • Proven track-record in implementation of digital technology project or business innovation or strategic partnership
  • Experience in partnership with government, digital tech associations, academic institutions and business enterprises is a plus
  • Experience in financial industry (an advantage but not necessary)
  • Experience in startup (an advantage but not necessary)
  • Familiar with the domain of FinTech and the latest trends of FinTech worldwide
  • Good technical knowledge in open API, digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, digital payment, e-Wallet, blockchain (an advantage but not necessary)
  • Well-connected in financial services and digital technologies industries
  • Ability to communicate with C-suite of financial services institutes and digital technology firms
  • Good project management, interpersonal and presentation skills
