Assistant Manager – Arcade Operations (Ref# AMAO200811W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for correspondence and presentation material for management perusal Prepares management reports, time sheets and meeting minutes
  • Attend and assist in corporate training and public seminar workshops and prepare business proposals, marketing and training materials (if any)
  • Support the operations of The Arcade, one of the Portfolio of Cyberport Campus

Requirements:

  • Degree from the university or equivalent in real estate, engineering, architecture, building survey, property management or related discipline with at least 5 years’ post-academic qualification experience in the professional field and level.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Solid international-standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial property, with international experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts

Assistant Manager – Entrepreneurship (Ref# AME200811W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of the short-term and long-term recruitment and admission strategy of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) Scheme and Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP), and solicit support from internal and external stakeholders to recruit quality companies to join Cyberport community with high external visibility
  • Assist to effectively execute recruitment and admission of CCMF and CIP including programme promotion, reference checking, vetting, admission process and programme orientation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administration of esports funding schemes that support industry development
  • Introduce/line up esports events to use Cyberport venue
  • Coordinate with external parties, like vendors, different business partners, e.g. educational institutions, industry associations, and commercial organisations, etc.

Senior Manager – Venture Investments (Ref# SMVI200730W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential investment targets, markets, and sector trends, and general contribution to fund level thinking and strategy
  • Originate and execute deal transactions by, but not limited to, active participation in the Cyberport start-up community, frequent attendance of events, panels, and discussions
  • Manage co-investors, connect target companies to co-investors, and negotiate investment terms, if necessary
  • Conduct due diligence and close of new transactions (end-to-end), including drafting of investment reports with thorough strategic and financial analysis, valuation models and recommendations, and identifying exit potentials

  • Establish and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines

  • Report to CCDO directly, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing Public Affairs strategies and plans to support Cyberport development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Director
  • Responsible for managing and overall coordination of Cyberport Expansion Project from initial stage to completion, including integration of design, planning, programme, submissions, cost control, contract administration, technical activities, managing external consultants & contractors, construction management and ensure projects will be delivered within standard quality, schedule and budget
  • Supervise a team of site staff from client side and consultant team; and manage main contractors of delivery of high-end property development projects, including design, administration, cost control, procurement and construction management for Cyberport Expansion Project
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s guidelines and Delegation Authority for capital works projects
  • Overview of construction activities ensure compliance and approval for all relevant development licenses including activities including architectural works, civil engineering works, structural engineering works and interior design etc.
  • Reviews design plans and drawings against approved brief on aesthetic, function and spatial requirements etc. across disciplines to identify discrepancies for timely corrective adjustments by relevant consultants / contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Architecture/ Engineering/ Surveying, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity in overseeing large-scale construction projects, public buildings or prestigious property development in Hong Kong
  • Member of HKIA, HKIE or HKIS or equivalent qualification from other recognized professional bodies preferred and Registered Architect, Registered Engineer and Registered Surveyor preferred
  • Experience in managing large-scaled mixed-use, commercial and public building projects, developing a green environment and innovative construction with large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development in Hong Kong from initial stage to completion
