Human Resources Officer (Ref# HRO201022I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support on recruitment, employer branding, and talent engagement programs
  • Support Compensation & Benefits functions including monthly payroll, employee compensation, MPF, tax return, HRIS, insurance, employee compensation and other C&B related matters
  • Handle projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements
  • Responsible for monthly HR related reports
  • Handle adhoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in human resources and administration, preferably gained with sizeable organisations and compensation & benefits background
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Arcade Marketing Manager (Ref#AMM20201012I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities of the Cyberport Arcade to facilitate the achievement of agreed public mission and commercial targets.
  • Prepare annual marketing plan for arcade promotion and see through the execution of the plan.  The plan should include regular festive event promotions, theme-based promotion to enhance arcade positioning, dovetailing arcade promotion with major events and public mission events at Cyberport, on-request promotion to support arcade leasing team for specific new/existing arcade tenants or arcade tenant prospects, etc.
  • Prepare media plan integrating with overall branding/marketing strategy
  • Enhance/reinforce arcade strategy for overall digital technology and specific theme of each arcade level
  • Enhance/reinforce arcade positioning to differentiate Cyberport Arcade from other commercial arcades, including digital tech positioning, pet-friendly positioning, etc.
  • Support Cyberport flagship events, including CVCF and DELF
  • Support Cyberport cluster specific activities, including eSports competitions using CyberArena and/or activities at CyberLab
  • Support Arcade Leasing & Operation team to achieve footfall targets of arcade
  • Manage daily arcade marketing operation and arcade marketing team
  • Any other activities to promote Cyberport Arcade strategy
  • Oversee the digital marketing channels and drive their growth including but not limited to Arcade website, social media channels and e-newsletter, etc.
  • Keenly aware of the current retail landscape, consumer trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Over 10 years in arcade marketing of which 3 or more years in management
  • Experience in digital technology related business
  • Track record in digital media promotion
  • Experience in managing a marketing team
  • Experience in RetailTech, including big data analytics, online-to-offline (O2O), etc., a bonus
  • Experience in government related organizations preferred
  • Flexibility to work varied schedule including holidays as needed to support the arcade events
  • Strong sense of mission, open-minded quick learner and hard working
  • Strong communications, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to details
  • Detail-minded with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Multitasking abilities and capability to meet tight deadline

Programme Executive - Tech Education and Training (Ref# PETET200909W)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support development of Cyberport Academy initiative and strategies
  • Assist in meetings with potential training collaboration partners for the possibility of developing new training programmes under Cyberport Academy initiatives and strategies
  • Assist in handling training collaboration agreement e.g. drafting collaboration scope, terms and conditions, and coordinating agreement signing
  • Assist internal departments and to work with training partners on handling onboarding, obtaining onboarding confirmation and revenue sharing according to the signed agreements
  • Assist in design, develop and deliver CPD / CPT training programmes
  • Monitoring training attendees’ record and issuing CPD/CPT physical or electronic certificate according to quality assurance policy
  • Maintaining training attendees’ CPD/CPT records for quality assurance checking and reporting
  • To provide administrative support and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, law school degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as legal assistant, legal counsel or training development
  • Ability to multitask, exercise tact, diplomacy, good judgement under pressure, and to hold information confidentially such as attendees’ information
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with partners and training attendees in both verbal and written format
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent speaking and writing of the English and Chinese languages
  • High degree of self-motivation with strong sense of responsibility

Corporate Communications Officer (Ref# CCO200831W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of bilingual communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentation, executive briefing books, advertorials, annual reports etc.
  • Coordinate and provide support to promote corporate relations with external parties and stakeholders
  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company's mission and achievements through multiple communication channels
  • Organise media events, including media luncheons, briefing sessions and press conferences

Senior Manager - Public Affairs ( Ref#SMCDPA20200717W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to CCDO directly, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing Public Affairs strategies and plans to support Cyberport development.
  • Provide deep insight into digital tech market trend, industry structure, key players and stakeholders for the formulation of corporate development plan.
  • Lead community engagement for Cyberport expansion project and other key government projects, manage external stakeholders such as academics, schools, legislative council and other local community groups in an professional and effective manner
  • Drive E-Sports and other key initiatives through deep engagement with cluster stakeholders, collection of business intelligence and research analysis
  • Facilitate the development of lobbying plans and activities to promote Cyberport public mission and secure support from key stakeholders
  • Monitor and review political, social and economic trends and analyze the impact on the organization 

Requirements:

  • Degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of working experience in public affairs or media relations, experience in working in electronic media is an added advantage
  • Solid experience in dealing with key external stakeholders such District Council members, Legislative Council members, government officials, education institution, media, etc.
  • Strong media connection, strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media;
  • Good interpersonal and presentational skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure

Manager – Fintech Cluster (Ref# MFC200616W)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development of business innovation and Fintech strategies
  • Support inception and implementation of Fintech/ technologies/ business innovation projects or initiatives
  • Collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partners to drive new project development, implementation, and business result delivery 
  • Develop Cyberport Eco-system among different stakeholders including start-up, mid-sized and established players by driving collaboration and community building
  • Assess partners’ capabilities and suitability for potential collaboration

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Fintech industry – Blockchain, Regtech, Insurtech, financial software, digital banking, platforms, digital payment, asset management tools and others
  • Proven track-record in implementation of digital technology project or business innovation or strategic partnership
  • Experience in partnership with Government, digital tech associations, academic institutions and business enterprises
  • Experience in market research
  • Experience in financial industry or startup is an advantage
  • Good network of contacts in fintech industry and related associations
  • Good understanding on latest digital market and technology trend
  • Fair understanding of local and overseas regulation of financial industry
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships, with effective people management and account management skills 
  • Mature and independent, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong reporting and market research skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel to overseas/ Mainland China
