System Analyst (Ref# SA200311W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with different business teams in order to capture new application needs and change/enhancement requests for the existing applications
  • Develop the functional enhancement specifications according to business needs
  • Participate in new project planning, business case preparation and project implementation
  • Ensure applications meeting corporate compliance and security standard
  • Act as Level 1 application support subject matter expert of Cyberport applications
  • Escalate application incidents to appropriate vendors and monitor the service level
  • Maintain systems documentations and provide application training to end users
  • General maintenance of application integration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • With minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience

Assistant Manager – Tech Ed and Training (1-year contract) (Ref# PMTET200226W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate training programmes (e.g. Cyberport Angel Investor Pitch Training, Cyberport Financial Practitioners FinTech Training Programme, Cyberport University Partnership Programme, etc.) of Cyberport Academy, and to evaluate training effectiveness;
  • To assist in formulating training plan, budget and preparing business reports;
  • To assist in conducting market/user analyses to identify training needs and collaboration format for Cyberport Academy's development;
  • To assist in liaising with external knowledge institutes, consultants or vendors; and
  • To provide executive and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • A recognized University degree, preferably in Information Technology, Education or a related discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in non-profit organization and/ or training institute setting is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese;
  • Detail-minded with good project management and interpersonal skills; and
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently.

Senior Manager - Campus Management (1-year contract) (Ref# SMCM200225W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Head of Campus Management to lead the Campus management team to provide professional real estate management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Manage relationships with businesses, partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport
  • Drive portfolio or campus management activities including but not limited cleaning, security, customer services, landscaping and any other duty as assigned by superiors to maximise satisfaction and loyalty for companies based at Cyberport
  • Assist the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Campus Management to work with the Hotel Operator to ensure working efficiency and cost effectiveness of its operation including facilities management and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation, as well as the expectations of Cyberport
  • Prepare Board and Excom papers for the Management Team and provides recommendations
  • Supports project for digitizing the Cyberport campus and make Cyberport a smart community for our stakeholders
  • Any other duty as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, facilities management, engineering, architecture, building survey, or related discipline with professional qualification such as CFM, MRICS, MHKIS, RPHM, MHKIE, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Solid international-standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial property, with international experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities to excel service delivery and strong problem solving skills

  • Assist Head of Campus Management and the Senior Manager to provide professional project management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Support the business and negotiate with partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value and revenue delivered to Cyberport
  • Support campus management activities to maximise satisfaction, loyalty and revenue for Cyberport
  • Assist Head of Campus Management and the Senior Manager to work with the Hotel Operator and FM service provider to ensure her working efficiency and cost effectiveness of its projects affecting income and in particular the campus digitization will have their performance and deliverables that meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control, reliability and sustainability, as well as the expectations of Cyberport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of bilingual communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentation, executive briefing books, advertorials, annual reports etc.;

Manager – Esports (Ref# ME200110W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, review and refine esports funding schemes for supporting industry development
  • In charge of esports competitions and events programming all year round
  • Cultivate industry network by participating in or organising industry activities
  • Manage Cyberport esports/gaming startup cluster development
  • Engage  esports industry practitioners and partners to join/collaborate with Cyberport
  • Design CUPP – Esports programme framework and engage overseas education partner to tender

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with youth affairs, academia, educator sector or governmental organisations
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendors in event management, and also the production of marketing collaterals of various forms
  • Passionate and strong sense of commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Brand Manager and work closely with various departments to ensure the brand quality and accuracy of works
  • Provide professional graphic design and build design assets in a wide range of marketing platform for Cyberport
  • Responsible for developing and executing advertising campaign from ATL to BTL
  • Management of vendors, printers and/or partners to oversees the design and production of all artworks to ensure the quality of all outputs
  • Take direction from ideas and visualise into attractive design, layouts and illustrations

  • Consult with internal teams to create cohesive designs that reflect brand images and goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing public affairs and stakeholder engagement, e.g. Legco and District Council members, key opinion leaders, community stakeholders, etc.
  • Experience in crisis management is a must
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
